7.3 Effect of Termination: After you close your account, you not only lose access to all games but also any features linked to it, other benefits like bonuses and pending promotions.

7.4 PG Soft shall retain within our authority, parts of or all your accounts’ money being listened in on for clarification purposes.

7.5 Appeal Procedures: For those who think that their accounts were mistakenly terminated, PG Soft has an option for you to file an appeal against it.

7.7 PG Soft will look into your appeal and issue our verdict. Our final decision is conclusive and legally binding.
